We are very excited to announce the upcoming opening of a 22-bed Memory Care Unit at our Lake Charles Care Center skilled nursing facility located in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

 

The unit features a specialized program designed to meet the needs of those living with Alzheimer's, or other dementia-related illnesses. This is the third unit of its kind among our five Diversified Healthcare facilities. Other Memory Care Units are located at Maison du Monde Living Center in Abbeville, Louisiana and Jo Ellen Smith Living Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
